Congratulations to the JV football team for defeating Haslett 38-0 on Thursday, October 10th at Eastern Stadium. The Quakers came out strong and played tough throughout the entire game. The defense played outstanding causing 4 interceptions and recovered 2 fumbles. The offense had some great highlights including some long touchdown runs and completed passes. Great

Quaker Football Senior Matt Nguyen scores a Touchdown for Eastern against Sexton. Matt was diagnosed with a brain tumor last year and went through chemotherapy and radiation and is now cancer free.
