- All athletes should complete the following Google Form the morning of the workout they will be attending. This needs to be done EVERYDAY before every workout you plan on attending.
- All athletes should meet at the Football Stadium/Track for their workout. Plan on arriving 10 minutes before your workout time so that pre-screening can be completed.
- Please bring your own water. Enough to get you through the entire workout.
- Please wear face coverings when arriving and entering the facility.
Cross Country – Monday thru Friday, 10am-12pm, starting June 22.
Football – Monday thru Friday, 4pm-6pm
Boys Soccer – Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 4pm-6pm
Volleyball – Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10am-12pm
Boys Tennis – TBD
Out of Season Boys and Girls Workout Session – Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10am-12pm
